Welcome to Disorderly Studio ('we,' 'our,' 'us'). By using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
1. Use of Site
You may view and enjoy Disorderly Studio content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, resell, reproduce, distribute, or reupload our materials without express written permission. Unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity (including harassment, spam, or infringement) will result in immediate termination of access.
2. Intellectual Property
All artwork, text, downloads, digital lessons, and videos are the property of Disorderly Studio LLC unless otherwise credited. Some artwork originates from lessons by other instructors. These pieces are my personal study interpretations created as a student. While they may visually resemble an instructor’s demonstration piece, they are not original designs or tutorials. Each post clearly credits the instructor and links to their official website or course information.
3. External Links
We sometimes link to third-party sites for resources or inspiration. Disorderly Studio is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Visiting external links is at your own discretion and risk.
4. Disclaimer
All materials are provided 'as is.' We make no guarantees of accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose. Use our information, downloads, and lessons at your own discretion.
5. Limitation of Liability
Disorderly Studio LLC is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use or inability to use our site, lessons, or materials.
6. Copyright & Licensing
All artwork, text, videos, downloads, and digital lessons are the exclusive property of Disorderly Studio LLC, unless otherwise credited. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited. Some artwork originates from lessons by other instructors and is credited accordingly.
7. Personal vs. Commercial Use
Personal Use: You may use purchased lessons and resources for your own creative exploration. Commercial Use: To sell artwork derived from a Disorderly Studio lesson, you must obtain a commercial license for that specific lesson. Pricing for licenses will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
8. Refund & Returns Policy
All digital sales — including downloads, videos, and online classes — are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits once a file has been accessed or downloaded. Refunds or replacements for physical products are offered only for items damaged during shipping or incorrect/defective products.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, with exclusive jurisdiction in Utah courts.
Creativity thrives on respect. Please honor the time, effort, and originality behind every class, artwork, and download you find here. Thank you for supporting Disorderly Studio — where chaos finds its muse.
