Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital downloads, templates, classes, videos, printables, and other digital products are final once access has been granted or files have been downloaded.

Physical Products

If a physical product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Disorderly Studio within 14 days of the delivery confirmation date.

To assist with replacement requests, customers may be asked to provide photographs of the item and its packaging.

Requests submitted more than 14 days after confirmed delivery may not be eligible for replacement, exchange, or refund.
